"Emmy" 
                      is a repeat breeding of Maria and is featured on our homepage. 
                      Emmy was awarded Best of Winners and Best Puppy in Specialty 
                      at the American National Specialty May 19, 2005. Back in 
                      the States in the fall with handler Mandy Carlson, Emmy 
                      completed her American Championship in 2 days winning 3 
                      back-to-back 4 point majors and finishing 2005 in the Top 
                      Ten.
                     In 2006 Emmy started the year going BISS 
                      at the Metropolitan New York Shih Tzu Fanciers Specialty 
                      and a 1st Award of Merit at the prestigious Westminster 
                      Kennel Club show. Her winning ways continued throughout 
                      2006 including four All Breed Best in Shows, numerous Best 
                      in Specialty Shows, a Number Two Ranking in the breed and 
                      a Top 20 Toy in the United States.
                    "Emmy" was shown selectively in 
                      2007 again with her friend and handler Mandy Carlson and 
                      started with another All Breed Best in Show under judge 
                      Jackie Stacey at the South Arkansas Kennel Club in February. 
                      She followed this up with a second BIS. Emmy was retired 
                      from the show ring with an Award of Merit at the ASTC National 
                      in May. Congratulations to co-owner and friend Melissa Gonzales 
                      who supported Emmy during her show career.

                    "Sean" 
                      is the winner of 5 specialty shows including the Canadian 
                      National and 2 Canadian BIS's. He received an AOM at the 
                      1998 American National and won the stud dog class 3 consecutive 
                      years ('98,'99'00). In 1999 he received his American ROM 
                      and was the top producing stud dog in the United States. 
                      "Sean" is the sire of many outstanding Shih Tzu, 
                      most notably "Joey" BIS BISS Am Can Ch Charing 
                      Cross Ragtime Cowboy, The Top Shih Tzu of his time owned 
                      by Gilbert S. Kahn.
